It can be easy to get stuck in a routine of preparing the same meals. Personally I try limit the amount of shopping that I need to do on a weekly basis.
The benefits of eating whole foods and a minimally processed diet has so many benefits, from the varied amount of nutrients to lowering rates of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
