Do I have to buy special food?
I advocate eating nutrient-dense and minimally processed foods - colourful vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, nuts, seeds, beans, lentils and whole grains.
Do I have to count calories?
No - not at all. No counting calories or weighing your food.
I have specific dietary requirements (vegan / vegetarian ... ) will I be able to do this programme?
Yes - their is no dietary restrictions. The programme is based on eating wholefoods, making the right choices for your goals and is not restrictive in any way.
