It will guide you to take control of your eating practices and to make healthy and sustainable choices. Learn how to plan, prioritise and prepare to take action. You will also develop other skills such as the confidence to make healthier choices.

Do I have to buy special food?

I advocate eating nutrient-dense and minimally processed foods - colourful vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, nuts, seeds, beans, lentils and whole grains. No special diet foods are required, rather wholefoods (and foods that you enjoy) that will fill you with energy and vitality. There is no counting calories or cutting out whole food groups or strict food rules. My aim is for you to get real, sustainable results and have a solid foundation in place that will keep you healthy, energised and feeling good.

Do I have to count calories?

No - not at all. No counting calories or weighing your food. This programme is also perfectly suited for you if you want to make healthier choices.

I have specific dietary requirements (vegan / vegetarian ... ) will I be able to do this programme?

Yes - their is no dietary restrictions. The programme is based on eating wholefoods, making the right choices for your goals and is not restrictive in any way.

How does the Nutrition Essentials Programme work?

Online nutrition coaching with Practice Nutrition is a simple process: Easy-to-use online platform You will receive an email invitation from me to join the coaching programme and create your account on your own private dashboard. Intake Questionnaire: You will start by telling me all about yourself, including your goals, health challenges, and daily routine. You will then receive your short orientation content ready to start the programme on the first Monday after your intake form is completed or on a specified date. Practices - you will work on a new practice every one - two weeks, complemented by supporting resources designed to help you get results. Consistency is tracked in a special Progress area of your dashboard, this will help you track the changes you are making over time. Progress tracking through bi-weekly measurement cards - on the first Saturday of your programme you can upload your meaurements and photographs to have easy access to all your details in one place. Questions? You can message me directly through your private dashboard whenever you need and I will respond to you within 24-36 hours.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

After completing Nutrition Essentials, you have the the option to continue with the programme and build on your solid foundation. Practices move to the other pillars of my programme. These continue to guide you to regulating emotions without food, working on mindset, your environment and so much more - Sleep & Recovery, Movement, Deep Health.
