Nutrition Essentials Plan is a 12 week plan to give you the tools to give up restrictive dieting and make sustainable changes to your eating habits.
What if I want to continue after my Nutrition Essentials 12 week plan?
If you are loving the changes to how you feel and you would like to continue on your healthy living journey, you can opt in to continue with the next level of practices on a month to month basis or if you want 1-1 coaching we can discuss availability and make sure that you take the next best step.

These programmes have been designed with the expectation that life happens – holidays, work trips, unexpected breaks due to illness, periods of busy-ness at work/school/home …
The thought process of feeling that you have failed because you have not done everything 100% is a easy way to sabotage your plans for improved nutrition, health, and fitness.
Instead of following a challenging programme when the conditions are perfect, we build skills that allow to adjust the dial instead of pressing pause.

Will I get a meal plan?
Planning grocery shopping, choosing the right items from the store, storing and preparing food correctly, eating slowly and mindfully, tuning into hunger and appetite cues, avoiding problem foods; and choosing better options when out or on holiday.
What is the Practice Nutrition dietary philosophy?
While meal-plan approaches require you to choose between vegan, Paleo, Mediterranean, or other “labeled” diets, a practice based approach does not force this choice.
